Refund policy

RETURNS
Follow these simple steps to make a return:

  1. Email us at info@lope.se and let us know why you wish to return the item.

  2. We will then email you a QR code.

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest Postnord service point and show the QR code. They will scan it and print a return shipping label.

  4. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you use our QR code, 9 Euro will be deducted from your refund for the returned products.

*If your package weighs over 1000g or exceeds the maximum dimensions (34 cm long, 24 cm wide, and 7 cm high), the return fee is 11 Euro

Refunds for returned products will be issued once we have received and inspected the items. The customer is responsible for the goods during return shipping until they are received by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

"Gift with Purchase" Policy – Returns, Partial Returns, or Order Value Changes
If you received a gift with your purchase based on a specific order value (e.g., purchases over 99 Euro) and return all or part of the order causing the total order value to fall below the threshold, the following applies:

  • The gift must be returned along with the other products.

  • If the gift is not returned, you will be charged its value during the return process.

  • If you wish to keep the gift but your order no longer qualifies, we reserve the right to charge you the gift's retail value according to our current pricing.

  • Exceptions to this policy will only apply if we have explicitly stated otherwise.


TERMS
You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
You may not return underwear such as socks or panties.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@lope.se. Please note that returns are subject to a 9 Euro fee and must be sent to:

Products received as a gift cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a QR code and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Note: We do not accept complaints regarding pilling on our riding tights. These are made of filament fibers, which do not pill on their own. Pilling requires strong external abrasion—such as from Velcro, zippers, or other sharp objects. Pilling cannot occur from normal use or washing.
